First Step Shoe Repair was originally opened in 2010 but it was not until 2012 when it was purchased by the current owner.
Rolando the Master Cobbler began operating First Step Shoe repair in 2017, turning it into what it is now, one of the most popular shoe repairs in the Palm Desert area.
First Step Shoe Repair offers one of the most extensive variety of footwear supplies such as insoles, laces, shoe horns, creams, dyes, deodorizers, stretchers, and shoe trees, just to name a few.
Rolando has an accumulated experience of over 30 years working with footwear, locally and abroad.
